Professional quality PCB designs are a standard feature of all our test systems. PCBs are designed using CAD systems, thereby ensuring uniformity and quality in the final layout. Custom designs are rigorously tested before being approved for use in our test systems or before being released to our customers. All components are neatly laid out and have their corresponding circuit codes on the silk screen. Solder masks and plated-through-hole PCB fabrication enhance the reliability of the finished board.

These are few samples of what we have done in the past :

  • Utilizing a current transformer this printed circuit board senses the presence of an electric current, thereby indicating to the main controller, the on/off condition of the thermostat in an electric appliance.
  • It can be used with an LED as an indicator in calibrating thermostats in electric irons.

  • Utilizing an Intel 8255 PIO, this board can drive up to 72 relays or read up to 72 sensors or any combination of the two under computer control.
  • Used primarily for system hardware control & sensing, it has been designed using proven technology and ease of maintenance, installation and removal.

  • This board draws varying amounts of current while maintaining a constant voltage at the input terminals, even when the source voltage varies upward or downward.
