AC/DC Relay Adjustment Tester
The AC/DC Relay Adjustment Tester is a precision test system designed for the functional verification, calibration, and performance evaluation of AC and DC electromagnetic relays. The unit provides independently adjustable AC and DC coil supply voltages with selectable voltage ranges and fine adjustment control, allowing accurate determination of relay pickup voltage, dropout voltage, and operating current. Integrated digital meters enable real-time monitoring of coil voltage and current during testing. The tester includes dedicated indicators for Normally Open (N.O.) and Normally Closed (N.C.) contact continuity, enabling clear verification of contact state transitions and contact integrity. Engineered for stability and repeatability, this equipment is suitable for use in relay characterization, quality assurance, production testing, maintenance diagnostics, and technical training in industrial and electrical applications.

Electric Vehicle Simulator (IEC61851-1:2017)
The Electric Vehicle (EV) Simulator is a professional testing solution designed to accurately simulate real electric vehicle charging behavior for the verification and validation of EV chargers (EVSE) in compliance with IEC 61851-1:2017, Annex A (Clause A.4). It emulates Control Pilot (CP) and Proximity Pilot (PP) signals to enable comprehensive testing of charging communication, PWM duty cycle, signal frequency, waveform integrity, and operational sequences without the need for an actual electric vehicle. With an intuitive HMI interface and flexible test functions, the EV Simulator provides a safe, repeatable, and cost-effective platform for R&D, quality assurance, compliance testing, and technical training, making it an ideal tool for EV charger manufacturers, system integrators, and testing laboratories.

Temperature Profile Controller
This Temperature Profile Controller is a high-precision automation unit designed to execute automated multi-stage heating cycles through a programmable 4-step thermal profile. Specifically engineered for industrial applications up to 300°C, the system utilizes a Type-K Thermocouple feedback loop and Solid State Relay (SSR) control to ensure precise temperature stability and consistent ramp-and-soak performance. It features a built-in Door Interlock safety system for automated process protection, an Andon signal tower for real-time status telemetry, and RS232 Serial Communication for seamless data logging and integration. Industrial Heating Furnace Control Panel
This Industrial Heating Furnace is a custom-designed solution specifically engineered for the heat treatment of offshore drill bits. It features high-accuracy temperature control and multiple heating zones, capable of reaching temperatures up to 1000°C with a powerful 24kW fast-heating capacity. The system is integrated with a custom-built control panel, designed and fabricated to meet specific operational requirements for maximum performance and reliability.

LOAD B Switch Tester (IEC 60669)
The Load B Switch Tester (IEC 60669 Standard) is a high-capacity industrial testing station purpose-built to streamline the QA/QC process for electrical switch manufacturers. Engineered for high-volume production lines, this custom solution features four independent testing channels supporting 10A to 20A loads, allowing for the simultaneous verification of multiple units to maximize factory efficiency. Each channel is equipped with dedicated digital meters and precision load adjustors (R and C) for absolute measurement accuracy in full compliance with IEC 60669 requirements. To ensure long-term reliability, the system includes a specialized Calibration Unit with variable phase angle control (0–270°), all integrated into a heavy-duty mobile workstation designed for the demanding environment of a modern manufacturing floor.

Resistive Load (ISO/IEC 17025)
The Resistive Load (ISO/IEC 17025) is a high-precision laboratory-grade solution engineered for compliance and functional testing of electrical systems. Designed to meet the stringent requirements of professional testing bodies, this purely resistive load supports an input range of 225 VAC to 250 VAC (50-400 Hz) with a robust load current capacity of up to 40 A. It offers exceptional control with 1 A step settings and a built-in Variac for continuously variable fine adjustment (+/- 0.1 A), ensuring absolute accuracy for sensitive measurements. Built for durability and safety, the unit features a stainless steel coated enclosure mounted on a mobile trolley with industrial-grade lockable wheels, and is equipped with overload protection, forced-air cooling, and an emergency switch. This system provides a reliable and traceable testing environment, complete with ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration for voltage, current, and power across multiple frequencies.

Toroid Turns Counter
To accurately count the number of wire turns when winding coils on a toroidal core. It helps ensure precision, consistency, and efficiency during coil winding, reducing errors and improving product quality. Ideal for transformer manufacturing, electronics assembly, and research applications.

Fan Performance Tester

Magnetising Pulse Current Injector
Designed to create a magnetic field in the pipe line to find detect cracks in the pipe. This unit is capable of a 20,000A current pulse with a 4 step current selector switch.
